1. Services

Lymes Tint provides automotive cosmetic and protection services including, but not limited to:

• Window tint installation

• Vehicle wraps

• Ceramic coatings

• Paint correction

• Detailing and related cosmetic services

All services are performed based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of appointment and the customer’s selected service package.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes and estimates are subject to change based on vehicle condition, additional labor, custom requests, material pricing, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during service.

Prices may change without notice unless confirmed in writing.

3. Deposits & Payments

Deposits may be required to secure appointments, custom materials, or specialty products. Deposits may be non-refundable, especially for canceled appointments, no-shows, or custom-ordered materials.

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles may be withheld until payment is received in full where permitted by law.

4. Appointment Policy

Customers are expected to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may require rescheduling at our discretion.

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of deposits and future scheduling restrictions.

5. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for disclosing:

• Previous paintwork or body repairs

• Existing damage

• Mechanical issues

• Electrical issues

• Sensitive aftermarket modifications

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak or failing paint, aftermarket paint failure, trim deterioration, rock chips, scratches, fading, peeling clear coat, or other conditions that may affect service results.

Certain services, including wraps, tint removal, paint correction, and coatings, may expose hidden imperfections or existing damage.

6. Window Tint Compliance

Window tint laws vary by state and vehicle type. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Lymes Tint is not responsible for tickets, citations, inspection failures, or legal issues resulting from customer-selected tint percentages or vehicle modifications.

7. Wraps, Coatings & Cosmetic Services

Results may vary depending on:

• Vehicle age

• Paint condition

• Prior repairs

• Maintenance history

• Environmental exposure

While we strive for the highest quality workmanship, cosmetic services are not guaranteed to produce factory-new conditions or permanent results.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Any warranty offered applies only to verified installation defects or manufacturer-related product defects under normal use and proper maintenance.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Abuse or neglect

• Improper maintenance

• Accidents or road debris

• Environmental damage

• Automatic car washes

• Customer-caused damage

• Wear and tear

• Pre-existing conditions

Warranty determinations are made at the sole discretion of Lymes Tint.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered for verified workmanship or installation issues directly caused by our services.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• No-shows

• Late arrivals

• Change of mind

• Personal dissatisfaction

• Unrealistic expectations

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions

• Pre-existing vehicle conditions

We reserve the right to inspect and attempt to correct any issue before issuing refunds or replacements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lymes Tint, its owners, employees, affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Loss of vehicle use

• Loss of income

• Personal property damage

• Mechanical or electrical failures

• Pre-existing conditions

• Acts outside our reasonable control

Customer agrees that liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service provided.

11. Customer Property

Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside vehicles.

12. Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing, customers grant permission for Lymes Tint to photograph or video vehicles for marketing, advertising, social media, and portfolio purposes.

No personal information will be publicly shared without consent.

13. Website Use

All website content, branding, logos, photos, and materials are the property of Lymes Tint and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
