At our shop, we take pride in the quality of our work and customer service. Refunds will only be considered for issues determined to be directly caused by our workmanship, installation error, or service-related defect.
Refunds will not be provided for:

Late arrivals resulting in canceled or rescheduled appointments

Change of mind after service completion

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or expectations outside the agreed service scope

Customer damage, neglect, or improper care after service

Pre-existing vehicle conditions or imperfections
Any concerns regarding workmanship or installation must be reported within a reasonable timeframe so our team has the opportunity to inspect and address the issue. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or correct any verified service-related issue before issuing a refund.
Deposits for scheduled appointments, custom materials, and special-order products may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
