Laws and regulations regarding window tint vary by state and vehicle type. Customers are responsible for ensuring their selected tint shade complies with local laws and regulations. While we may provide general guidance, final responsibility for legal compliance rests solely with the vehicle owner.

Our shop is not responsible for citations, fines, inspection failures, or legal issues related to aftermarket modifications, including tint, wraps, lighting, or other cosmetic enhancements.

Vehicle wraps, ceramic coatings, paint correction, and detailing services are cosmetic enhancements and may produce varying results depending on vehicle condition, paint quality, age, prior repairs, and maintenance. Existing paint damage, weak clear coat, aftermarket paint, rock chips, scratches, or imperfections may become more visible during or after service. Any arising defects or damage will only be covered if it is directly linked to work done in our shop or by our employees. Existing damage or damage not induced by our shop will not be replaced, fixed, or covered by warranty. 

By authorizing service, the customer acknowledges and accepts these risks. Warranty coverage, if offered, applies only to eligible manufacturer defects and installation-related issues under normal use and proper maintenance. Abuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, or pre-existing conditions are not covered. All deposits and custom-order materials may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
